At Buffalo Skincare and Beauty, we maintain a no-refund policy for all services and products. Due to the nature of medical aesthetic treatments and the specificity of our products, all sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you arrive to your appointment more than 15 minutes past the originally scheduled time, we may require you to reschedule to avoid impacting other patients’ appointments. You will be assessed a $75 cancellation fee.
As a courtesy to me and to my patients, I ask that you provide our office a minimum of 24 hours' notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of appointment time, you will be assessed a $75 cancellation fee.
This cancellation policy is put in place for you, and your appointment is reserved just for you. I kindly ask that you respectfully adhere to my policies, as each appointment is a time that could have been reserved by someone else waiting patiently on my waitlist.
